How can I find the driver at the airport?
The driver is going to wait for you at the arrival station with a label with your name written on so you will see him as soon as you arrive. At your departure he is going to wait for you at the reception or at a certain departure location you have given us. Should anything happens you can call us at +30 6987244122.
If I haven’t booked a return transfer and I would like to book it now what should I do?

Child seats and WiFi are provided free of charge to make your transfer more convenient and safe.
I want to cancel my reservation, what should I do?

How long will I take to get to my destination?
On default routes, the duration of your transfer is shown directly in the reservation form. In case you have chosen the custom trip service, you can request the reservation details so that you get informed about the duration of your trip.

Are your services available 24 hours a day?
We offer our services 24 hours a day, which means you can make your reservation and travel with us at any time.
What should I do if I arrive before the driver or if I can't locate him?

Should I notify My Creta Cab if my flight is delayed?
Our drivers receive information about your flight, so you don't need to notify us.
How can I make sure I get to the airport on time for my flight?
We usually transfer our clients 2 hours before their flight. Check-in typically opens 2 hours prior to departure and closes 45 minutes before departure.
I have just completed my reservation. Will I get an automatic confirmation or do I have to do something else?
You will automatically receive an email with your booking details; please check if the registered details are correct. If you do not receive an email, make sure it has not been registered as spam. If you still can't find our email, contact us at info@mycretacab.com.
